MARINE ANCHOR WINCH is used for lowering and lifting of anchor with wire rope. Anchor is connected with rope by 4-10m anchor chain.
Hydraulic and electric driven are available.
Advantage: compact structure; chain locker is not required.
Disadvantage: wire rope is easier to be rusted than chain.
Braking force as per rules requirements for windlass.
Classified by driving method:
1.Hand winch
Hand winch is usually used for small working load. It’s working load is usually less than 5T.
2.Electric winch
Winch with working load less than 30T can be driven by electric motor. Single, double , triple speeds or VFD motor are available. VFD motor is recommended for heavy load winch as it will not bring impact to power supply system when start.
Electric winch is a work load less than 30T, can be driven by an electric motor
3.Hydraulic winch
Hydraulic winch driven by hydraulic motor and HPU can start smoothly. It will not gave impact to power supply system while start. It can fulfil stepless speed control by hydraulic proportional valve.
4.Diesel winch
Diesel winch is driven directly by diesel engine. It is with high efficiency and can work without electric power supply.
5.Air winch
Air winch is driven by pneumatic motor and working load usually less than 20T.
