Yangzijiang Shipbuilding did not disclose the shipowner information of the relevant orders, but it is understood that the order for six 17,000TEU dual-fuel container ships came from Maersk of Denmark. The order for two 4,300TEU container ships comes from Greek shipowner Euroseas. Last month, Euroseas disclosed this order in its third quarter financial report. The two modern energy-saving container ships will be built by Yangzi Xinfu and are expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2027. They will be named "ELENA" and "NIKITAS G" respectively. In addition to container ships, three 45,000-dwt bulk carriers received by Yangzijiang Shipbuilding were ordered by Bulgarian shipowner Navibulgar.
