This project is a hose winch. After communicating with the customer, the detailed parameters were determined, and the product was named after the 4-inch hose winch. After the test was completed, the vehicle was organized for delivery to Guangdong as soon as possible.
Hose winches are mainly used for reel hose supply fresh water, MDO fuel supply and hydraulic oil or reel power supply cable. It can be performed with self-braking worm gears or planetary gears depending on the required load. The drive can be electric, hydraulic or pneumatic.
Typically, hose winches are used to wind a combination of hoses, signal cables, coaxial cables or even fiber optic cables. Most are equipped with slip rings and/or rotating swivels. Transponder winches for active transponders are mainly used for electrical signal cables and in most cases have electrical slip rings installed. The winch can be equipped with an A-frame if desired.
